You really do have your cycles down. How long have you been monitoring your cycles under and watchful and knowing eye coming through the BP lens?
Yours actually sound similar to what I experience. Even with meds you experience this? Do meds do anything to help? Are you using the light box too? I just started that this year (nov. 15th! - your schedule) and it pulled me out of a depression I was falling into.Katia
