Yikes! I took three at once coz it made me feel really calm and blissful. I thought that was what I was SUPPOSED to feel like "minus the akathisia", so I just thought I was getting my body back to normal. But now I see I was probably boosting the calmness and contentment ABOVE the norm.
And also because you told me I could take up to 12 a day, so I thought, that averages out to about 4 three times a day. So I was just taking 3 and then usually later I would just forget.
Okay, I will (grudingly) take them one at a time.
