Hi.

I think it is important to take Effexor every day in order to discontinue it with the least amount of withdrawal syndrome.
I advocate taking progressively smaller dosages three times a day.
You might be able to gain some added insight into drug discontinuation on the Withdrawal board. I do not think it is necessary to suffer.
