I guess you could buy a tablet cutter. They're not great but it might help :-)

I'll take the third dose and hope that the whole mess was just a case of overdoing it.

Perhaps it would be best to avoid taking more than 0.5mg at once. Try to spread the 3 doses evenly, one every 8 hours.

Yes, I can only run a few metres before I'm exhausted and severely breathless- then it takes about half an hour to recover. It's many years since I was fit and I'm only 20.
