'Shrooms' and my meds/condition

I have always wanted to try 'shrooms' or 'magic mushrooms' and it looks like I will finally have the opportunity shortly. I'm worried about conflicts with my meds and my condition.

I currently take:

Wellbutrin SR (150 mg/twice a day)
Depakote (2250 mg/day)

and then:

Synthroid
Mavik (hypertension)
Ambien (only as needed)

I really don't know what to do here. I have no 'moral' problems with trying this experience. I just don't know the special dangers/considerations that we, with our unique problems/med regimines, must take into account. I certainly don't want to make my depression permanently worse.
