I'm on Cymbalta and Wellbutrin XL, and there have been no problems in terms of interactions or anything like that. Today was my first day back on a lower dosage of Cymbalta, because of that lethargy, and if this doesn't work we may try upping the Wellbutrin XL from 150 to 300. (We may not, because of an eating disorder. I've gained a lot of weight, but am still not consistent about not restricting and my pdoc is concerned about the seizure risk.)
