Still at 5 mg. The improvement seems to be holding for the moment. I also dropped Lamictal down to 200 mg.
I still have a hint of a depersonalization feeling (e.g. voice sounds strange, etc.). It's not extreme and I'm able to deal with it for now. I don't kinow if I'm adjusting to the memantine or the reduced Lamictal helps, but I'm sleeping less in the daytime and don't feel as weak. I actually feel motivated to do a few more things. Some of the "stupid" feeling is fading. I'm trying to decide if my emotions are detchaed, or simply brought down from overly intense to normal.
As far as I'm concerned the jury is still out b/c so many drugs have not panned out in the past. But it's defintely worth keeping on with it.
