A true story to consider: An ER doc was on a radio program many years ago on which he descibed a patient in the ER who complained about bugs crawling under his skin. No bugs were found. As the young man was being taken to the p ward, he asked the ER doc: "How do you think the bugs got into the cocaine in the first place?"
