Thank you Phillipa! it certainly has been encouraging, I should remind people (and myself) how it can be....when you are in the suffering, you have no faith that it can get better, especially after trying and trying and nothing seems to work, you are in a black hole where nothing but pain seems to exist....
But then somehow you hit something in the right direction, it renews hope and interest in going on. You then see that it was worth hanging on.
Things are far from perfect, but they are certainly unspeakably better.
