Nope, at 45 mgs it is still *very* sedating and I have to take it at night. If I took it in the morning, I would be found asleep on the kitchen floor or some other odd location.

The cravings for bread products are greatly reduced at the higher dosage however, at least for me. As always, your mileage may vary, but in all practicality, you have to try it to see how it works with your own chemistry.
