i dont think it increased your libido -
Trazodone is an antagonist of alpha1 receptor (downregulates) and relaxes smooth muscles.
This can improve ability to have an erection.
Rarely it can cause priapism.Perhaps the increased libido was an effect of the antidepressive action of trazodone.
Trazodone also delays ejaculation like most antidepressives.
