thanks alohashirt! what dose of strattera do you take? i took 80mg for awhile, then even added 200mg of provigil, but i didn't feel like the strattera was working, at least not by itself.
i think you're right about exercise. i've gotten a lot more the past few days, and i've had more energy. i've also switched to concerta, so i don't know if that has helped. also, either on adderall or concerta, it has helped to make the drug work better. i've heard that adderall's absorption is affected by fatty foods, but concerta isn't. either way, waiting before eating helps.
