it is pretty useful you have to find the correct dosage though. and at the same time find one that isn't too sedating... i was prescribed it in the past for this purpose and i was prescribed it recently again for it as well as to adjunct an antidepressant which it also can be helpful for this time i havent been as successful but i have very bad fatigue so it is probably not best for me
