Hi:
I read somewhere on the Internet, both Abilify and Lamical is somehow classified 'activating' psycho.meds. Those 'two' mix has definitely 'positive' effect on the depressive side of Bp, however there is 'less' effect on 'manic' side. Knowing this fact, I'm guessing, ... your Bp is more depressive side with less manic episodes.

In regard to 'Anxiety,' ... I, too feel very strongly that both 'Abilify' and 'Lamictal' has something to do with Anxiety. In my case, Anxiety(not serious form, but still hamper my daily acitivities) started to surface only AFTER the Wellbutrin sr 300 mg. Before WB sr, ... probably I had one, but I didn't recognize it because of an unfamility of my mental illness. Anyway, my anxiety started to subside after my pdoc. rx another A.D., 'Serzone/Nefadozone.' (since last summer, I've been on 'Trazodone.' a sister med. of the Serzodone/Nefadozone).

Furthermore, if your Anxiety is NOT its own, then it might subside, at least lessen sympton as your Bp getting under control. However, like my case, another class, preferrably 'calming' effect A.D. might lessen your Anxiety brought on by either Bp or meds. Abilify and Lamictal.
