My opinion may be slanted due to personal experience, but here it is:
The Zyprexa is the most likely culprit. I had to stop it after I gained 30 lbs and developed metabolic syndrome. I took it for anxiety and psychosis. I take Seroquel now.
My uneducated suggestion is if she is taking it for psychosis, try Abilify or Geodon. These AP's are usually weight neutral. Abilify can be very activating. Geodon may or may not be.
