Personally I think it's a bad idea unless you're particularly sensitive to ssri's or something. It's only going to draw out the time it takes for your body to get used to it. I started on 10mgs and moved up to 15mgs after three weeks. It was hell for two months but I think it's better just to get stuck in and get it over with so you can enjoy the benefits and get on with your life.
