Yes , for Social Anxiety> Try taking it all at night and see if it gets you through the day. If not, then split the 25mg in half and take one half in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Seroquel has a half-life of 6 hours, so you may have to try spliting the dose during the day.
I take 25mg at night and the other 25mgs at noon.
Today I felt less sedated than yesterday
