I think the carb. add to your neurontin would be a logical next step. Sorry, it all went so crappy for you. I think there was a study somewhere.. that Li wasn't very effective for rapid-cyclers.. I would have to say that as far as the *cycling* patterns go it didn't do that much for me. Hope you find some relief with a different med! -- Mitch
