The only problem is that you don't get to search the whole database there. You have to search a range of posts at a time. I remember reading something very positive about Marplan there in the last few weeks.
Do you mind if I ask you if you've had any hypertensive crises on Parnate? I would think it would be very difficult to follow the diet while living in Thailand.
Also, regarding an earlier conversation we had about purchasing Parnate from Costco, are you certain that they make you buy really large quantities? If you go to their website, they quote prices for 30 or 50 or 100 (10 mg.) pills.
