Hi:
In my guess through the experience, .... 'tired and restless' is also depressive symptoms. In depression, ... besides, 'tiredness,' and 'restlessness,' there are some more conspicuous symptoms, such as 'irritability,' 'sadness,' 'worthless,' 'hopeless in life,' 'no energy/motivation,' and few more 'self-image related/lack of confidence' depressive feelings. However, it could be also due to 'anxiety' brought by depressive episodes. It's VERY hard to say which symptom causing which episode, ... particularly two meds. you've been on. One thing you could analyze/pin-point is whether the problem started AFTER you got on the med. If you didn't have the problem BEFORE the meds., then you could blame on the meds. Otherwise, you may have 'anxiety' problem along with depressive episode.

I've been on the Lithium 900 mg. along with three more meds., for the past five and a half years. I have NO joint related problem, however due to 'salt' components in the Lithium, some of folks might have similar problem like yours. But, as far as I know, I NEVER heard/read about it.

First off, talk to your psychiatrist ASAP. In my opinion, you shouldn't ignore the problems, particularly 'restless' on the joint.
H.G.
