That's great to hear Emily - I am on it for both really, anxious/agitated depression.

I tried WB on it's own and it made me jittery but I have a feeling that a tiny amount would help with the general exhaustion I feel.

It's a tough one isn't it because I don't want to go on adding drugs ad infinitum to deal with every aspect of how I feel, but the tiredness and lethargy is new on the Paxil and pretty disabling.

Thanks for your help

What are you on now?

> I used to be on a paxil/wellbutrin combo and it worked pretty well. Are you on paxil more for depression or anxiety? I was on it mostly for anxiety and when I took enough Paxil to feel calm, I also was asleep 12 hrs/day. So we added just the tiniest bit of WB (75mg) and that made the difference. BTW, if I went any higher than 75 I was a nervous wreck, so you might consider a low dose of WB.
