I would increase the Prozac dose since 20 mg is only a starting dose. I would then try adding a stimulant such as Adderal or Ritalin. another option might be Provigil.

> Does anyone know an effective anti-depressant for chronic dysthymia? I'm bipolar II and have tried numerous med combinations. Currently I take Eskalith and Prozac 20mg/day. The lithium has helped to stabilize me, but I have been battling a sort of low-grade chronic depression for years and this is not helped by the Prozac. Any suggestions? Thanks.
