Hi, I too had the major fatigue, could barely get out of bed in the morning! I was on 150 mg for most of the time I was on Effexor. Who is monitoring your medication? Please know that, yes there are those who experience the horrors that you read on the posts, but there are also those of us who have been successful in withdraw.
