It's kind of hard to describe brain zaps. It is usually associated with W/D from an AD, in my experience anyway. When I turn my head, blink my eyes, walk,etc, it almost feels like you lose consciousness for a milisecond or are wierdly dizzy. Maybe someone else can explain it better. I can't find any Ad that works for me. The only thing that does is benzos, but even they don't work the same as they used to. This is causing my depression to worsen and I'm afraid to go out alone.
