Hi Jeroen :-)

If you need an antipsychotic, clozapine (Clozaril/Leponex) might be the best option. When a person has developed tardive dyskinesia/dystonia due to an atypical antipsychotic such as Geodon, clozapine can be a useful treatment. Not only is clozapine an effective antipsychotic, it can also improve tardive dyskinesia. Although clozapine can cause a lot of drowsiness, the drowsiness may decrease over time.

All the best,
Ed.
