Nardil/Parnate

These are, in my experience, powerhouse antidepressants. They pulled me up when nothing else worked. I would give them a try. You must follow a diet--I found that no problem. I had more side effects on Nardil--water retention, blood pressure drops. I have low blood pressure and that caused problems. If I were you, I would try one of these to pull you out of the depths. If you improve and maintain improvement for 6 month to a year, you are--I think--then a better candidate for meds with better side effect profiles.

Also consider Effexor. It has been a great anti-depressant for me, but I switched to it when my mood was stable on another AD.

Hang in.

Lia
