I've never had ECT and am not near ready to try it at this point. I have no idea if non-response to ECT correlates to non-response to rTMS, but it does seem reasonable to think that there might be some correlation.
I don't want to be overly negative about rTMS at this point because I have heard of a few people (albeit a small minority) responding well to it. I do think they still have a lot to figure out about rTMS before it becomes a useful treatment in the general population.
Next up for me is Tryptophan. If that doesn't work, I'm going to go back to Parnate.
