I've only ever seen dexamphetamine elixir once. I don't remember who it was manufactured by but I expect that it might have been Rosemont Pharmaceuticals. Rosemont is a 'specials' manufacturer that make a lot of unlicensed liquid medicines.

What I mean is that it is not licensed (approved) but that it is (or at least was) still available to pharmacies.
