> Pirisudanol is the succinic acid ester of pyridoxine (a form of vitamin B6) and of deanol (DMAE). It has been used in doses of up to 1.2 g daily. Sadly, it hasn't been studied very thoroughly. Pirisudanol has been used to treat mild cognitive impairment (ie. mild dementia). It has also been used as a treatment for fatigue and depression.
