inducing mania in bipolar

Any bipolar I rapid-cyclers out there capable of inducing a manic episode? I've heard that lots of caffeine and sugar will induce mania. I don't believe I've ever consciously induced a manic episode with chemicals (legal or otherwise), but have definitely accidentally induced some extreme depressive episodes with constant use of deleterious sedatives. There must be chemicals/ vitamins/ herbs that work in the opposite direction, right?
