You might consider clomipramine (Anafranil) or some other antidepressant right away. I went through a very severe depression about the same time the anxiety started but I think that Benzo's like Xanax and Klonopin can make the depression worse so you might need an anti-depressant to offset that. Anafranil really helped with the depression, the anxiety and Geodon withdrawal symptoms. I think it saved me. I would strongly suggest that you consider an antidepressant right away rather than waiting.Terry
