Please, Ruby, you need to read the other threads on this site about Effexor. You can also read what the signers of the petition have said at www.petitiononline.com/effexor/.
Only you can decide what's best for you, but be careful if you decide to go off Effexor. The withdrawal must be carefully managed to avoid a variety of problemsm including a worsening of your depresison...That's my experience.
