I've been on Cymbalta for over a month, and for a while I had nausea and stomach upset. It sucked, but it did subside. The best thing you can do, in my experience, is to take it right after finishing a full meal. The antidepressant effect is worth going through the nausea. The nausea might last for up to a few weeks, but if Cymbalta is a good antidepressant for you, you'd stay on it for a lot longer than the nausea lasted.
I don't know about migraines. At first, I got headaches with Cymbalta, but that also subsided.
