Aprepitant and depression

Hi,

Does anyone have any personal experience of using aprepitant for depression? It is a substance P antagonist. Aprepitant is currently available in the UK as a treatment for chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. The brand name is Emend, it is expensive. I expect that it is available in other countries as well but I haven't checked. I believe that Merck is currently developing aprepitant as a treatment for depression.
