i too feel exhausted at the end of the day. i work on a pc all day. and when i get home, i do the same. it is the nature of my business.
i recently started taking a 6 ginseng blend. it is considered a revitalizing tonic rather than a stimulant. i get it at iherb.com.
i also take 2-3 energy drinks simular to red bull, except i drink the arizona low carb EXTREME energy drink. it has a whole but of stimulants in it in addition to caffeine. three is pretty much the responsible limit to stop at.
i was tempted to start taking Rx diet pills again, still debating it.
