When I first went to the doc I was put on effexor xr I was told I S.A.D disorder well Im stubborn I told myself there had to be something "REALLY" wrong with me I only tryed it for a month dont remember any side effects It took two years for things to get bad enough to have to go to doc again this time twice as bad so I was willing to give the meds a chance before I didnt have one!! so tryed lexapro 10 the side effects that I was having was: cotton head there was nothing going on up there no thoughts since I seem to play things over and over again in my head was kinda cool but got real upset when "I wasnt thinkin" and forgot that it was friday school pic day I know could happen to anyone but started more often. Then I was also having bad headaches and jaw clenching so only got to be on that for 18 days but after two days on lex panic attacks went away but was still in total despair in tears so went thru the whole med change thing only on day two but seem to be holding together am really confused about all the different types of meds should I start a journal about each med side effects cause it seems it took some of you alot of trail and error or did you just finnally weigh the effect for the benifet
