This dopamine theory seems quite substantial. It is actually too simplistic. There are numerous ellement that could be factors in atypical SA,depresson. Such as neurosteroids,other neurotrasmitters,endocrine hormones, endocrine rythms etc. etc. . Mood disorders are'nt and can't be expained at present. Pieces to the puzzle just are'nt identified. I certainly like to see new treatments become available,dopamine agonists or whatever, but understanding the mode of action of any med present or near future is a long way off.
