I seem to be pretty well with 50 mg of lamictal. It keeps me from experiencing the extreme sadness that was crippling me. Some days I feel like a zombie but I'd rather be flat than deal with that downward spiral again.
I'm also taking wellbutrin, cymbalta and seroquel.
