Effexor causes nausea

I am finding Effexor very effective as you all might know by now but the one problem I do find is stomach nausea about an hour after taking it, this is irritating while working. Also, when I get hungry I get shaky and very agitated this is a weird side-effect I know. I just hope I don't get worse stomach problems in the future. I don't have any weight gain at the moment "knock on wood" so I hope I don't in the future that would really make me depressed I must say :-(
