Fayth23,
I'm on Trileptal for the other BPD (boderline personality disorder) and it seems to be working for me now. I have to take a bunch of pills - 6 a day, 300mg each, but there don't seem to be any side effects and it helps my crazy mood swings. I don't know how it affects bipolar, but I'm OK with it. It doesn't make me foggy, fat, or hyper so its good for me. Good luck with everything.
