i was on paxil for a year and it did work for my anxiety but i was tired alot and gained weight. if anxiety is your main problem then this drug will probably work for you. it did help with depression too but when i started gaining weight i hated it so i went off of it and started taking effexor. there are sexual side effects also that did not go away until i went off of it. hope this helps. remar
