I have always had to split my dosing no matter what the goal for my 24 hour dose. Sedation was the reason, even after the initial REAL sedation waned at about 2 weeks after startup. I simply could not take a big hit at one time and not experience sedation I did not care for. Splitting the dosings was the answer for me. I've been montherapy for 3 years.
