Thanks for responding. The literature that came with the DXM said not to take it with SSRIs and when I spoke with my pdoc he said it could make you feel "weird". I've had a lot of things going on personally and a lot of emotions have come up, so I'm sure its a combination of a lot of things and the drug interactions probably didn't help.
