thank you hopeful, i'm glad to hear that your trying some of the natural things too. i'm not saying that i won't have to be on an antidepressant again at some point, maybe in the near future, but i really want to give this a chance because i've been taking meds for 20 years and i'm tired of it. your right about the 5-htp, it was making me a little nervous. let me know how things are going for you. remar
