Give the 60mgs a month. If no results, then consider ditching it. I always give my ADs at least a month before I throw in the towel, simply because I really don't want to find myself down the road coming back to one that I've tried before only because I wonder if I gave it enough time to work. IMO, sometimes going an extra week or two beyond what you think may help ends up helping a lot more than you previously would have thought. I'm sure others here who have taken Cymbalta could advise you better. Also, try doing a search on Cymbalta, there have been a lot of threads discussing every aspect of it since it arrived to the market.
