Zoloft was one of the very worst in terms of all around SEs (granted, hard to choose!) It also took longest, by far, to work for me. I had extreme bruxism, worst insomnia of any, and never did feel "quite right" on it. Tried it a second time to find: exactly the same thing/s.
The SEs I'm more concerned re: Cymbalta are the starred ones: **nausea & *constipation.
As in my first message: I've been on almost ALL ADs, ALL classes...meaning ALL newer generation (and combos of); most all TCAs (too anticholinergic); Parnate (that experience completely scared me off - oral - MAOIs. (I would joyfully attempt an MAOI patch - if we ever see it.)
