In England, Prozac liquid is available. It contains 20mg per 5ml. I expect Prozac liquid is available in most other countries as well but I haven't checked.
Anyway, you can use the liquid to reduce your Prozac dose very gradually over a period of several months. Using an oral syringe you can easily measure out doses as small as 0.5ml (2mg) or even less.
