What is the significance of down-regulation of beta-adrenergic receptors and anti-depressant response?

Also, why do ya'll think the other SSRI's had no response on measures of anti-depressant efficacy? I mean, I know celexa is the most selective, but if they all produce inhibition of the uptake pump for serotonin, why wouldn't they produce a response. That article just confused me to a new degree. Interesting find though jrbecker. You sure do seem to find the most fascinating journal articles.

Thanks,
Justin
