Wow, this is so interesting. Ive been having taking 60 mg of adderal - 30 in the AM and 30 around 3PM, and have not had any real results to speak of. However, just the other day as an experiment I took all 60 mg together (XR) and literally for the first time in over a year, had a sex drive. My husband actually drove home from work in the middle of the day:) I see my doctor on Thursday - do you think I need to have my dosage increased? I feel like doctors are already so skiddish about prescribing it. All i know is it's the first time I have felt good in a LONG time.

The levo-amphetamine in Adderall is supposed to be the cause of the anxiety due to it's pro peripheral nervous system stimulation as opposed to dextro-amphetamine in dexedrine which works more so on the CNS.
