However, you have to understand that when I had tried Picamilon I hadn't yet tried Klonopin and my only experiences with true meds was with SSRIs, selegiline and other meds that caused MORE anxiety. Therefore my SP was at very high levels. So when Picamilon kicked in, it seemed like a miracle drug at the time because it was really the first substance to give me some real anxiety relief.

Looking back, I'd say that Picamilon offered about 40% anxiety relief in the long run. There were some days when it COMPLETELY eliminated anxiety, but those days were short lived and the effects were very inconsistent. Without a doubt, Klonopin and Nardil are much more powerful drugs with more consistent effects.

> One more thing - and I've mentioned this before, because I find it quite strange. For some reason, a combination of Picamilon + 1-2 alcoholic beverages or Picamilon + Tianeptine + small dose Klonopin (my current combo) can have extremely prosocial effects on me. NO other meds have this effect on me. Not adderall, not codeine, not nardil. None. Don't know why this happens, but there it is.

I had the exact same reaction to Selegiline for my Social Phobia. Did you get stiffness in the back of the neck from it too?
